What's on the menu? :: WEDNESDAY

Veggies fresh from my garden:
cherry tomatoes, banana peppers, jalapenos,
fresno chili and cajun bell.

  • 8 Chilies* - roasted, peeled, stems and seeds removed, finely diced
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, finely diced (or 10 cherry tomatoes)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup minced white onion
  • 1/4 cup lime juice

    Combine all of the ingredients. Salt to taste. 
    Let stand for 30 minutes before serving.
    *Select chillies based on desired heat and flavor.
